家庭暴力施暴者的心理健康状况

The Psychosociology of Physical Domestic Violence on Male Perpetrators.

目的探讨家庭男性躯体施暴者的心理健康状况,为进一步干预家庭暴力提供帮助。方法采用病例对照研究,对156例社区家庭男性躯体施暴者和44例社区正常对照组用社会人口学指标、症状自评量表进行评定。结果一般资料显示,家庭暴力男性躯体施暴者较对照组有更多的低教育水平者;更多的嗜烟者,且每天抽烟量大;且他们的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对和偏执分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭暴力男性躯体施暴者有较多的低教育水平者和有较多的心理问题。

Objective To investigated the psychosocial factors of the physical domestic violence on male perpetraters. Methods The case-control association study was used. 156 male samples who had domestic violent behavior were tested by the demographic data and SCL-90, were compared with those of 44 normal paired controls derived from the community sample, Results The male perpetraters of physical domestic violence had had lower educational level and more smokers, while the score of SCL1, SCL3, SCL4, SCL6 and SCL8 of SCL-90 of them were statistically higher than those of the normal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The male perpetraters of physical domestic violence had had lower educational level and more smokers, while they had more psychological symptom.
