摘要
介绍了当前林业案件司法技术鉴定的程序,面积、蓄积鉴定方法等现状,分析目前存在着鉴定机构技术力量薄弱,缺乏鉴定标准,相关法规和政策不完善等问题,提出了相应的对策和措施。
The paper introduces the status quo of judicial technical identification of forestry cases at present referring to the program,area as well as method for the identification of stock volume,and analyzes the problems in identification organizations including poor technical qualification,lack of criteria for identification and unsound policies and etc.Thus it proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
