应用蛋白芯片技术检测结核杆菌抗体的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价蛋白芯片技术检测结核杆菌抗体的应用价值。方法应用结核杆菌蛋白芯片检测仪和试剂盒检测80例结核病患者和85名健康人群的血清标本。结果结核病患者标本阳性率为86.25%,健康人群阴性率是96.47%;结核杆菌抗原的抗体检出率以脂阿拉伯甘露聚糖(LAM)为最高(81.25%);2种抗原的抗体均为阳性的比例(51.25%)高于3种抗原的抗体均为阳性的比例(27.5%)和单个抗体阳性的比例(7.5%);蛋白芯片检测法的阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别是95.83%和88.17%。结论蛋白芯片技术具有简便、快速、敏感性高、特异性强和检测成本较低的特点,是结核病辅助诊断的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the application value of protein chip technology in the detection of the anti mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody. Methods The serum specimens from 80 tuberculosis patients and 85 healthy controls were detected by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein chip detector and reagent. Results In the tuberculosis patients,the positive rate was 86.25%.In the healthy controls,the negative rate was 96.47%.The antibody detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen was highest in lipoarabinomanan(LAM)(81.25%). The rate that the two kinds of antibodies were both positive was 51.25%.It was higher than the rates that three kinds of the antigens were all positive(27.5%)and the rate that only one kind of the antibody was positive(7.5%).After using protein chips technology,the positive predicted rate and the negative predicted rate were 95.83% and 88.17% respectively. Conclusions The protein chip technology is easy,rapid,high sensitive,high specificity and lower cost,and it is certainly an effective assisted method of tuberculosis diagnosis.
