尿液分析室内质控双误差累积和方法的建立与临床应用

Establishment and clinical application of a method of double-error accumulative for internal quality control of urinalysis

目的建立一种适合尿干化学分析、能灵敏反映误差及误差性质的质控方法。方法一次测定的多项结果按规定格式登记,以符合靶值作为"0"误差,累积一次测定的多项结果,对照"0"误差计算出正、负误差和,形成围绕"0"误差的双线质控图。结果双误差累积和质控图可及时发现尿干化学分析的随机误差和系统误差,特别适用于发现和纠正小误差。结论该方法操作简单,表现灵敏,在实验室常规工作中实用性强,应用面广。

Objective To establish a quality control method for urine dry chemical analysis which could reflex the error and the character of error sensitively. Methods The several data during one test according to formulary format was registered,all the values accorded with the target values as the zero error,accumulate the several data during one test.The sum of positive and negative error according to zero error was calculated,make a double-curve quality control diagram based on the zero error. Results The random error and systemic error in time during the urine dry chemical analysis were found by double-error accumulation and quality control diagram,especially for finding and correcting the small errors. Conclusions This method is simple and sensitive.It may be applied broadly in routine laboratory work.
