摘要
通过水培试验,研究重金属镉(Cd2+)污染对黄瓜生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随着Cd2+污染浓度的升高,黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量以及叶绿素a/b比值明显下降,叶片细胞膜透性大幅增大,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升高后降低,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性则表现为逐渐升高的趋势。
This paper studied the effects of cadmium pollution on physiological and biochemical characteristics of cucumber by hydroponic solutions culture. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll and the ratio of chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b in cucumber seedlings decreased significantly, the cell membrane permeability of leaves increased substantially, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) increased significantly, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) rised firstly and fell laterly,but the activity of peroxidase(POD) increasted gradually.
