氢化物发生ICP-AES法同时测定废水中的铅镉铜锌镍铬汞 被引量:3

摘要 废水样品经消解后与氯化亚锡经自制简易氢化物装置混合产生氢化物,与样液一起导入等离子体中,氢化物发生测定汞并同时测定铅、镉、铜、锌、镍、铬等元素。氢化物发生大大提高了汞的检测灵敏度,仪器检出限为0.001mg.L-1,其他六种元素的检出限为0.002~0.012mg.L-1;相对标准偏差为0.60%~1.00%,回收率为97%~102%。 Samples of waste water were digested by acid, and the sample solutions obtained were mixed with stannous chlo- ride to perform the hydride generation in the self - made, simple hydride generator. The generated hydrides together with the sample solution were then introduced into the ICP, and Hg, Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Ni and Cr were determined simultaneously by AES. Sensitivity of detection of mercury was improved remarkably by the use of hydride generation. The value of instrument detection limits for mercury was 0.001 mg·L^-1, and values for the other six elements mentioned above was in the range of 0. 002 mg·L^-1 -0. 012 mg·L^-1. RSD's of analytical results were found in the range of 0.60 % - 1.00 %, and the range of recovery was 97 % - 102 %.
