摘要
本文建立了在同一液相色谱条件下测定混制剂中2甲4氯、莠去津和莠灭净含量的方法。本方法采用XTerraRP18柱,用甲醇-乙酸溶液(50:50体积比)为流动相,在检测波长210nm下,外标法对试样中的2甲4氯、莠去津和莠灭净进行定量分析。分析结果表明2甲4氯、莠去津和莠灭净的线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9993、0.9994;标准偏差分别为0.037、0.085、0.069;变异系数分别为0.48%、0.79%、0.43%;平均回收率分别为98.51%、102.60%、99.09%。
A high Performance liquid chromatograph method was developed for the determination of MCPA, atrazine and ametryn mixture. The HPLC conditions were XTerra RP18 column, methanol - Acetic acid = 50:50 ( V/V ) as mobile phase, and UV detection at 210 nm. The results showed that the variation coefficients of MCPA, atrazine and ametryn were 0. 48%, 0.79% ,0.43%. The standard deviations were 0. 037,0. 085,0. 069 respectively,The average recoveries were 98.51%, 102.60% ,99.09%, and the linear correlations were 0. 999 5,0. 999 3,0. 999 4 respectively.
