中国高校学费定价采用的是以教育成本乘以固定百分比的方法。十几年的收费实践表明,这一方法不能体现居民的实际负担能力。需要在理论上重新思考高校学费定价依据,探索符合中国实际的定价方法。

In China, the way to multiply educational cost by fixed percentage is used to fix the prices of college tuition fee. However, this way cannot reflect the real burden abilities of people according to the charging practice in over ten years. Therefore, the basis of fixing the prices of college tuition fee should be reconsidered in theory, and the way that is in keeping with the reality in China should be probed.
