On the Writing of Thesis of Law

一篇好的学位论文的标准应当是:选题好;格式符合要求;观点明确、正确;资料新颖、翔实;逻辑结构严谨;结论有说服力;文笔流畅,语言水平较高。一篇思想严密而坚实的论文,是规范性论文写作所期望的理想。一篇好的规范性论文,必须具备可理解性和说服性,而这两种特性又是相辅相成的。

The standards of a good thesis should be ： better choice of theme, the accordance of form ; specific and accurate standpoint, the novelty and elaboration of materials; the preciseness of logic structure; the persuasion of conclusion ; the fluency of style of writing and high level of language. Thesis of strict thinking is the expected fantasy of normative thesis. A good normative thesis should be understandable and persuasive, and these two features are complementary to each other.
