摘要
为获得发动机运行时关键部件的运行情况,以多刚体系统动力学理论与虚拟样机试验技术为基础,用Pro/E三维建模软件建立某柴油发动机的几何模型,并通过动力学仿真软件MSCAd-ams对该发动机进行动力学仿真,获得曲柄连杆机构、进排气机构等部件的关键运动学、动力学参数,该仿真为进一步分析和设计柴油发动机奠定基础.
To get the key parts' operation state of a diesel engine, the engine is modelled by Pro/E based on multi-rigid-body system dynamics theory and virtual prototype technology. Its multi-rigid-body dynamics is simulated by MSC Adams. The key parameters of kinematics and dynamics of main parts such as crank linkage, and intake and exhaust valve, etc are obtained. The simulation lays the foundation for further analysis and design of diesel engine.
