摘要
高校人力资源是高校持续发展的保证。针对我国高校人力资源利用中存在的不合理消耗问题及其若干表现,分析其产生的原因,并根据可持续发展理论,提出了可持续利用高校人力资源的观点以及有保护地使用高校人力资源的对策措施。
Human resources is the guarantee of sustainable development of colleges and universities. The phenomena and causes of irrational consumption in human resources utilization at colleges and universities are analyzed. According to the theory of sustainable development, the viewpoint of sustainable utilization of human resources at colleges and univerisities is put forward and the countermeasures for conservative use of the human resources are proposed.
