环孢素A与皮质类固醇激素合用治疗红斑狼疮和皮肌炎

Combination of cyclosporin A and adrenocortical steroid for therapy of patients with lupus erythematosus and dermatomyositis

报告采用低剂量环孢素Ａ合并皮质类固醇激素治疗红斑狼疮５例，皮肌炎２例，取得较好疗效。此法对经常规皮质类固醇激素、免疫抑制剂治疗无效或治疗中出现严重毒副作用的红斑狼疮和皮肌炎患者不失为一种较好疗法。

A good Curative effect through using the combination of low doses of the cyclosporin A and adrenocortical steroid for therapy of five cases with lupus erythematosus and two cases with dermatomyositis was reported here. It is a comparatively good therapeutic method for the cases with lupus erythematosus and dermatomyositis treated with the routine adrenocortical steroid and immuno suppressor without effects, or hrose with appearance of severe toxic effects.
