摘要
由于商品房预售的特点,导致商品房预售过程中的买卖纠纷不断,消费者的权益易受侵害。我国目前关于商品房预售的一系列法律法规和相关政策尚存在一些欠缺之处,因此,应进一步规制商品房预售认购书;加强预售资金管理,做到专款专用;进一步完善商品房预告登记制度。
Because of the characteristic of the commodity apartment selling in advance, there exists increasingly disputes on the commodity apartment selling in advance, which results the consumer's rights and interests violated easily. Meanwhile, there are still some disadvantages in our country's present related legal laws and regulations. Therefore, it is supposed to go a step further to rule the purchase letter; enhance the management of the fund, make special fund for a specific purpose, and further consummates the notification registration system.
