径向间隙对行星轮轴承寿命和行星齿轮安全系数的影响

摘要 针对某行星变速机构复合排行星齿轮和滚针轴承进行了受力变形分析和损伤率计算.在一定转速和载荷作用下,通过选取不同的滚针轴承径向间隙,并考虑加工情况进行分析计算,对结果进行总结,找出适合的行星齿轮滚针轴承径向间隙,并在试验中进行了验证.研究结论对行星齿轮的强度计算分析和行星齿轮轴承寿命计算具有指导意义. The paper analyzed the deflection of a compound planetary gear set and calculated the damage percentage of its roller beating. Taking the manufacture clearance into consideration under the special torque load and a constant speed, the tight radial clearance of roller bearing is solved out through selecting among roller beatings with different radial clearances and making a summary of the analyzing results. The tight radial clearance of the roller beating is proved well after the physical tests. The conclusion is significant to the calculation of planetary gear strength and planetary gear roller beating life.
