摘要
首先分析了增速机构设计在履带车辆电磁悬挂设计中的作用,通过选择增速机构的传动方案,得到了满足传动比条件的多级行星传动.优选三级2Z-X(A)型进行设计,优化各级传动比分配,并做出了设计实例.
The paper analyzes the significance of the transmission ratio choice in the speed - growth device in the electromagnetic suspension system used in the tracked vehicles. Comparing many types of transmission, this paper chooses the multiple -level planetary gear transmission to meet the transmission ratio conditions. Three -grade 2Z -X(A) planetary gear group is selected as the speed -growth device.Optimizing the multi - level distribution of transmission, this paper makes a design example.
