舌淀粉样变1例

A case of amyloidosis of the tongue

报告１例舌淀粉样变。舌淀粉样变是由舌的粘膜下层和肌层内纤维状糖蛋白沉积而引起。表现为舌体肿大、有齿痕，粘膜下出血形成血肿、瘀斑、瘀点，甚至溃烂、疼痛。舌背可有淡黄色蜡样颗粒。组织学切片可见舌粘膜下淀粉样物沉积，刚果红染色呈砖红色。

A case of amyloidosis of the tongue is reported. It was resulted from fibroid glucoprotein deposits in the submucous layer and the muscular layer of the tongue. The clinical manifestation showed the enlargement of the tongue, with lingual impressions of the teeth, while blood blisters, petechia, purpura occurred due to submucous bleeding. Even painful ulcers might be happen. There were yellowich waxy granules on the dosum of the tongue. Histological examination showed amyloid deposits under the lingual mucous membrane, stained with Congo red gave brickt red color.
