振兴中华老字号意义重大。山西老字号的发展需要有宏观发展对策,要创造一流的经营环境、进行体制创新、文化综合建设,建立综合支持体系;老字号品牌企业要有自己的对策,要研究和把握消费者,进行品牌重新定位,提升品牌营销传播体系,推行品牌经理制。
It is of great improtance to develop vigorously Chinese timed-stores.The development of Shanxi timed-stores needs synthetical stretegy,which means the creation of the first-class circumstance of management,the innovation of management system,the synthetical construction of enterprise culture and the synthetical supporting system.The timed-stores must have their own research of managing plans,which involves the re-position of the consumers,the promotion of the marketing communication system and carrying out the system of brand managers.
