脱脂米糠胶粘剂性能开发的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 探索了脱脂米糠在胶粘剂制备中的应用,为提高农副产品的附加值和制造环保型的天然胶粘剂开辟了新途径。以脱脂米糠为原料、采用简单的操作工艺可以制造出具有较高干状强度的胶粘剂,适宜条件是加入6%的NaOH溶液,在60℃条件下糊化2 h。研究结果表明,过高的糊化温度和过大的碱量都不利于成胶。 This article tried to use rice bran to prepare adhesive ,which developed a new way to add value to this agricultural byproduct and preparation of crude adhesive on environmental protection. Rice bran could be used as raw material to prepare adhesive with good dry strength by simple operation technics. The suitable processing is that,based on rice bran mass,6% NaOH was added,and then the solution was golatinized at 60 ℃ temperature for 2 hours. The study also showed that too much more hydroxide sodium and higher temperature did not give high bonding strength.
