摘要
知识的不确定性是指知识的发展性、知识的主观性与知识的开放性。因此,知识是确定性与不确定性的统一。理解此,对于教师自身的专业发展具有较大的启示:第一,教师需做反思型学习者。第二,教师不仅要做知识的"使用者",也要做知识的"生产者"。
Knowledge' s uncertainty means the development, subjectivity, and opening of knowledge. So, knowledge is a union of certainty and uncertainty. Understanding it can bring some enlightenment on teachers' professional development. One is that teachers should have reflective thinking in their learning; the other is that teachers should not only learn educational theory, but also should create practical knowledge.
