摘要
我国实行市场经济以来,医院后勤工作有了很大的发展,后勤工作的重要性也越来越被人们重视。作为医院后勤系统的工作人员,首先要解放思想,调动工作积极性,主动适应和投入改革。同时又要在经济大潮中自觉做到廉洁奉公,牢固树立为临床第一线服务的思想,努力为增强现代化医院的经济实力,为提高医院整体效能做好保障。
The article describes experiences with doing better work in hospital rear services , e. g. , on how to optimize financial and auditing work,improve supply and management of instruments and drugs,and provide effective,efficient,comprehensive and flexible rear services for clinical work, in order to adapt to changes in circumstances of reform and opening.
