摘要 [目的]探讨COX-2、E-cadherin、VEGF在大肠癌中的表达及意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测85例大肠癌和10例正常大肠黏膜组织中COX-2、E-cadherin、VEGF的表达。[结果]85例大肠癌中COX-2、E-cadherin、VEGF的阳性率分别为77.6%、34.1%和67.1%,和正常大肠黏膜相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。大肠癌中COX-2、VEGF、E-cadherin的表达在不同Dukes’分期、淋巴结转移状态均有显著差异(P<0.01)。E-cadherin和VEGF的表达在不同浸润深度下也均有差异(P<0.05)。E-cadherin与VEGF、COX-2的表达均呈负相关(r=0.28,r=0.41,P<0.01);COX-2与VEGF的表达正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01)。[结论]COX-2、E-cadherin、VEGF在大肠癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用,三者联合检测可为大肠癌恶性程度和预后的判断提供有效证据。 [Purpose] To study the expression of COX-2, E-cadherin and VEGF in colorectal cancer and its significance. [Method] Expression of COX-2, E-cadherin, VEGF was detected in 85 cases with colorectal cancer and 10 cases of normal large intestinal mucosa by Envision imnmnohistochemical method. [Results] The expression of COX-2, E-cadherin and VEGF in 85 cases with colorectal cancer was 77.6%, 34.1% and 67.1% respectively, with significant difference (P〈0.01) compared with the expression of these proteins in the normal mucosa of large intestine. Expression of COX-2, VEGF and E-cadherin was significantly different with Dukes' stages and with lymph node metastasis status (P〈0.01). Expression of E-cadherin and VEGF was significantly different in different depth invasion (P〈0.05). Ex- pression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated to the expression of VEGF and COX-2 (r=-0.28,r=0.41, P〈0.01). Expression of COX-2 was positively related to the expression of VEGF(r=-0.51 ,P〈0.01). [Conclusionl COX-2, E-cadherin and VEGF play an important role in eareinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer. Combined detection can provide valuable evidence for estimation of aggressive degree and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
