4-(N-叔丁氧羰基)氨基甲基-1-(N-叔丁氧羰基)吡咯烷-3-醇的合成

Synthesis of 4-(N-t-butoxycarbonyl) aminomethyl-1-(N-t-butoxycarbonyl) pyrrolidin-3-ol

摘要 由4-氰基甲基-1-(N-叔丁氧羰基)-吡咯烷-3-酮合成4-(N-叔丁氧羰基)氨基甲基-1-(N-叔丁氧羰基)吡咯烷-3-醇的工艺路线并进行优化,得到较高的收率。对产物进行了红外吸收光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱等表征,结果表明,产品的化学结构与目标产物相符。 This article described synthesis of 4-(N-t-butoxycarbonyl) aminomethyl-l-(N-t-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidin-3-ol, and the yield is satisfaction. The intermediaswere characterized by IR spectra, MS spectra ^1H-NMR spectra, the results showed that the structure of product weas the same to the target compound.
