从五倍子中提取单宁酸,通过正交实验优化筛选出最佳工艺。1∶7料液比,60℃浸提取6次,每次1h。单宁酸的提取收率可达50%以上,含量达到90%以上。
To study the optimal process of the extraction of tannic acid from Chinese gallnut. The optimal procedure for the extracting tannic acid from Chinese gallnut is： the ratio of liquid to solid is 7 ： 1 with 6 times water 1 hour each time. The total yield of tannic acid was over 50%, and content was over 90%.
