从五倍子中提取单宁酸,通过正交实验优化筛选出最佳工艺。1∶7料液比,60℃浸提取6次,每次1h。单宁酸的提取收率可达50%以上,含量达到90%以上。
To study the optimal process of the extraction of tannic acid from Chinese gallnut. The optimal procedure for the extracting tannic acid from Chinese gallnut is: the ratio of liquid to solid is 7 : 1 with 6 times water 1 hour each time. The total yield of tannic acid was over 50%, and content was over 90%.
