摘要
检测了58例心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能及红细胞促进白细胞吞噬率（ERPN）。同时以35例正常同龄儿作为对照。结果：心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能及ERPN明显低下。提示心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫功能低下影响了白细胞的免疫吞噬功能。
?In this study, we measured the function of RBC immune adherence(RCIA) and erythrocyte enhancement of C3b mediated phagocytosis byneutrophils (ERPN ) in 58 children suffering fromnormal children. The result showed that both RICAand ERPN decreased significantly in patient group.This suggests that dysfunction of RICA has negativeeffect on the phagocytic ability of neutrophils.
