Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红白细胞变形能力的测定

THE DETERMINATION OF DEFORMABILITY OF ERYTHROCYTE AND LEUKOCYTE IN INSULIN INDEPENDENT DIABETES PATIENTS

以核孔滤筛法测定了46例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和130例对照组的静脉血制备的标准红细胞悬液（StandardizedRedCellSuspension，RCS’s）和标准红白细胞悬液（Stan－dardizedRedandWhiteCellSuspension，RWCS's）的滤过指数（IndexofFiltration，IF）。结果表明，两组RWCS's和RCS's的IF及其差值比较均是显著性差异（P＜0．01）。RWCS's和RCS's的IF与血糖水平及并发症密切相关，但与病程无显著相关性。

The index of filtration(IF) of RCS's (standardized red cell suspension ) and RWCS's(standardized red and white cell suspension ) hasbeen determined by nuclepore filtration membranemethod in 46 insulin-independent diabetes patientsand 130 control persons. The result showed thatthere is obviously significant difference in IF ofRWCS's and RCS's between the two groups, eitheris quantitative difference between RWCS's andRCS's (P<0.01) and there is significant correlationwith blood glucose and complication of diabetes, nocorrelation with the course of disease.
