摘要
为降低H.264的编码复杂度,本文提出了一种快速帧间预测算法。本算法从以下两个方面进行改进:在选择帧间宏块分割模式时,先根据部分模式的计算结果提前判断出侯选模式组,再从侯选模式组中计算选出最佳模式;与此同时,在分割块的运动估计时,先检测局部典型位置并根据检测结果对块的运动区域进行预测,再据此有针对地采用相应的搜索模板进行搜索。实验表明,与JM(H.264标准参考软件)目前版本的几种预测算法相比,本算法PSNR保持较高,编码速度提高40%~80%。
To reduce the complexity of the H. 264 encoder, a fast inter prediction algorithm is proposed in this paper. It acts as fol- lows: in the process of inter block partition mode decision, based on the computed results of part partition modes, the probable mode group is decided, from which the best partition mode is selected. And in the process of motion estimation of the partition block, according to the search result of some local positions, the most probable motion area of the searching block is early identified, and then some special search masks are applied accordingly. The experimental results show that, compared with the fast algorithms in the JM reference software, the proposed algorithm can maintain high PSNR and enhance encoding speed in the range from 40% to 80%.
