System Construction Between Harmonious Society & Social Security for Farmer Who Lost Their Land

随着社会主义现代化事业的发展和工业化、城市化进程的加快,我国的失地农民问题日益突出,成为影响构建和谐社会的重要因素。文章分析了我国失地农民社会保障制度的现状和原因,并针对性地提出建立我国失地农民社会保障制度的框架体系。

The problem of farmers, who have lost their land, is becoming more and more prominent with each passing day with the accelerative development of socialist modem undertakings, industrialization and urbanization. It greatly affects the building of a harmonious society. This paper analyses the status quo of social security system for these farmers and relevant causes, and proposes a particular framework.
