摘要
从翻译美学角度探讨霍译本《红楼梦》回目的语言艺术及审美价值,选取回目中的典型译例,从音韵、形式、意境三方面,分析霍译是如何再现原文回目的美感要素。
This paper discusses the art of language and aesthetic value of the chapter rifles＇ English version in A Dream of Red Mansions translated by David Hawks so as to make a tentative analysis o their aesthetic value from the perspectives of rhythm and rhyme, form and artistic conception, as well as the translatability and limitation in translation of chapter ritles
