Influences of Media System Reform on Cultivation of Journalism Talents

当前全面展开的广电传媒体制改革的背景下,如何使迅速膨胀的我国广播电视新闻传播教育事业在不断充实内涵的基础上同步于这种新的形势,真正使人才培养适应传媒改革与发展的需求,使学科建设的格局和人才结构更加科学化,是每一个新闻教育工作者必须面对的问题。分析了当前广播电视教育面临的主要现状,提出了对广播电视教育走向的思考。

This paper discusses the current situation of broadcast ＆ television education, and proposes its developmental trend, based on the thoughts of how to keep the media in pace with the new situation, to euhivate talents in agreement with media reform and development, and to construct a more scientific disciplinary layout and talents structure.
