摘要
生态混凝土是一种性能介于普通混凝土和耕植土之间的新型材料,试验过程中以碎石、水泥作为原材料按特定的配比兑水拌和,然后立模成型时分层填充植物生长所需的材料。抗压强度试验表明:生态混凝土的强度随水泥掺入比增长而提高;生态混凝土的强度随龄期增长而提高,并表现出一定的规律;生态混凝土的峰值应变,大致随着水泥掺入比、龄期的增大而减小;通过优化填充料与混凝土骨料的组合方式,试验表明所优化的填充材料和混凝土块的组成方式适合植物生长,并在满足植被根系生长的向水性和向肥性的同时最终穿透混凝土块体长至块体下面的土体中,并且对混凝土的强度影响不大。
This paper discusses a pilot test of mechanics properties of eco-concrete components. The test shows that a regular intensity of the eco-concrete increases when supplied with more cements and more time given, while the peak strain decreases. By optimizing filler with a combination of concrete aggregate, the optimal materials and concrete composition are suitable for plant growth. With adequate water and fertilizer, the plant penetrates the concrete block far below into the soil. Even so, the plant causes little damages to the eco-concrete.
