圆筒型永磁同步直线电动机气隙磁场分析 被引量:4

摘要 气隙磁场是决定直线电动机性能的关键因素。利用有限元软件Ansoft Maxwell2D分析了3种不同动子结构圆筒型永磁直线电动机的气隙磁场。分析比较了3种动子无槽和有槽电动机的气隙磁场特点,分析了结构参数对电动机气隙磁场的影响。分析表明Halbach动子电动机气隙磁场强度较大,轴向磁化动子电动机气隙磁场接近正弦形,而径向磁化动子电动机气隙磁场十分接近矩形。分析结果为圆筒型永磁直线电动机的动子选择和设计提供了依据。 The air-gap magnetic field is very important to the performance of tubular PM linear motor. In this paper, the air-gap magnetic field of three types of tubular linear PM motors is analyzed with Ansoft Maxwell 2D software pack. The characteristics of air-gap magnetic field of slotted and slotless motor with different mover is analyzed and compared respectively. Then analyze the characteristics of airgap magnetic field according to design parameters. The analysis show that the motor with Halbaeh magnetized mover has a high air-gap flux density, and the air-gap magnetic field distribution is nearly sinusold in motor with axially magnetized mover but rectangle in the motor with radially magnetized mover. The result can be used to choose and design the mover of the PM linear motor.
