渤海湾海域生态环境的研究 Ⅰ.浮游植物种类组成和数量变化

Study on ecological environment in Bohai Bay Ⅰ.species composition and abundance of phytoplankton

根据2003年7月15日、2003年11月4日、2004年2月29日和2004年5月25日渤海湾海域的调查资料,对调查区内浮游植物的种类组成、细胞数量、优势种组成和随季节变化进行了分析研究,并与历史资料进行了比较。结果表明,浮游植物以硅藻、甲藻为主,还有少量的金藻和蓝藻;浮游植物细胞数量在春季最高,随后逐渐减少,至冬季达到低谷,季节变化属单周期类型。与历史资料相比,细胞数量、季节性变化和优势种的组成均有不同程度的改变。

Abstract： Based on the survey data of phytoplankton on 15, Jul. 2003, 4, Nov. 2003, 29, Feb. 2004 and 25, May. 2004 in the Bohai Bay, the species composition, cells abundance, seasonal variation and dominate species of phytoplankton were discussed. The results showed that the main phytoplankton community was diatoms and dinoflagellates, and also small amount of goldenbrown algae and blue-green algae in the Bohai Bay. The highest peak of cells abundance appeared in the spring, afterwards gradually decreased, and the lowest peak in winter. The seasonal variation of the phytoplankton was a simple period type in the Bohai Bay. Compared with the history datum, there are different degree changes in cells abundance, seasonal variation and the dominate species composition.
