北京儿童医院类流感患者监测情况分析

To analyze the monitor condition for the influenza form cases in Beijing Children′s Hospital

目的研究首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院类流感患者监测情况,分析流感流行的特点和流行病学特征,指导流感监测和预报工作。方法对北京儿童医院门诊2005年9月1日至2006年4月30日就诊的患儿进行监测的数据进行统计、比较。同时,与北京市西城区疾病控制中心的总结数据和病毒分离结果进行比较分析。结果北京儿童医院内科就诊患者总量及类流感患者所占百分比的变化趋势,两者比较,有高度的相关性。将这两组数据与北京市西城区疾病控制中心的结果进行比较,三组数据的高峰时间与分离出的优势病毒株的出现时间相符。结论北京儿童医院作为监测类流感的哨点医院,监测的两组数据和病毒监测结果,能很好反映当时、当地的流感流行病学特征。类流感哨点医院对类流感具有非常有效和适时预报的作用。

Objective To investigate the monitor condition for the influenza form cases in Beijing Children＇s Hospital, contrast with some period data coming from the Beijing West City Center for Disease Control, in order to find out the correlation between two groups and the epidemic situation. Methods One group of data came from the monitor condition of the patients＇ numbers changes in the pediatric outpatient department in Beijing Children＇s Hospital, the other group data came from the percentage changes in the influenza form cases in Beijing Children＇s Hospital, the third group of date is the sum-up and isolated the virus result coming from the Beijing West City Center for Disease Control. We made comparison and the correlation analysis. Results There is highly correlation between two groups＇ data. The data summit is identical with the coming out of the dominant virus. Conclusion Beijing Children＇s Hospital, being the observation post in the three systems （the West District, the Beijing and the China Center for Diseases Control and Prevention）. The two groups＇ data can show correctly the epidemic situation. The observation post has the validity and predictability.
