摘要
制备了活性炭为载体负载型磷钨酸催化剂,并采用XRD、IR、N2吸附等手段进行了表征。将其用作合成氯乙酸正戊酯催化剂。考察了醇酸物质的量比、温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等各种因素对酯化率的影响。实验结果表明,活性炭负载磷钨酸催化活性良好。适宜的反应条件:磷钨酸负载量为18%,醇酸物质的量比为1.3∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.5%,反应时间(3-5)h。酯化率最高可达98%。
Phosphotungstic acids(PW12) supported on activated carbon(AC) were prepared, characterized by XRD, IR and N2 adsorption, and used as the catalyst for synthesis of n-amyl chloroacetate. Influence of alcohol-to-acid mole ratio, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and reaction time on the esterification was investigated. The experimental results indicated that PW12/AC had good catalytic activity. The proper reaction condition was as follows: PW12 loadings 18%, alcohol-to-acid mole ratio 1.3: 1, percentage of the catalyst in reactants 3.0%, reaction time (3 - 5 ) h. Esterification rate of up to 98% was obtained.
