高分辩力CT对肺间质性疾病的诊断和临床病因分析

Diagnosis and clinical cause analysis of interstitial lung disease with High resolution computed

目的:评价高分辨力CT(HRCT)对肺间质性疾病的病因诊断的作用。方法:用HRCT扫描呼吸困难患者35例,该组病例事先并没有确诊肺部有间质性病变。结果:35例患者中有28例获得肺间质性疾病征象的影象诊断,7例阴性;28例阳性结果中有16例获得临床病因诊断,占57%;13例病因不明。结论:结合患者病史和症状,HRCT对部分肺间质性疾病可作出临床病因判断。

Objective：To analyze the action of the high resolution CT in the disease cause diagnosis of the interstitial lung disease. Methods：High resolution ct scanning was performed in 35 patients with breathing difficult, these patients have not obtained the diagnosis of the interstitial lung disease before. But all of them have coughed many years. Results： Twenty - eight patients were foun- ded with interstitial lung disease in thirty - five patients, seven patients were negative, and sixteen patients were gained diagnosis of clinical cause of disease occupation 57%. 12 patients, cause were unclear. Conclusions： Combinating medical history and symptom of patient a part of disease cause interstitial lung disease of patients could be obtained by HRCT.
