摘要 提出一种考虑可靠性指标的最优潮流模型.该模型能考虑系统中的随机因素,通过z变换法构造电力系统的可靠性指标约束,将该约束添加到经典最优潮流(OPF)模型中共同求解,从而使电力系统的调度或控制能在满足一定的失负荷概率(LOLP)指标的前提下实现最优运行.所提模型是一个典型的非线性规划模型,采用内点算法求解.通过RTS-24系统仿真测试以及随机生产模拟程序分析发现,与经典OPF得到的发电计划相比,考虑可靠性指标后电量不足期望值下降了31.48%,而生产成本仅上升了14.39%.因此,所提模型能使系统的调度综合考虑可靠性和经济性,运行方案更实用. A new optimal power flow (OPF) model with reliability constraint is proposed to obtain an economic and secure operation schedule of the power system, where the reliability index constraint is constructed based on z transform theory to take the uncertainties of electric power system into account, and the objective aims at minimizing the total cost of the system to satisfy the expected loss of load probability (LOLP). The proposed OPF problem with typical nonlinearity is solved by interior point method. Probabilistic production simulation is adopted to evaluate the reliability indices of generation schedules in RTS-24 system simulation. Compared with the operation schedule obtained from the traditional OPF, the expect energy not serve(EENS) decreases 31.48% and the production cost increases 14.39% in the proposed OPF results, verifying the practicability and reliability of the presented OPF formulation.
