摘要
以微波消解法处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP—AES)分析方法同时测定了云南松花粉中P、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn等多种生命元素的含量,并对破壁前后的松花粉的微量元素含量进行了分析比较。结果表明,除钠外,破壁后的松花粉所测元素含量显著提高。方法的回收率在94.8%~105.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.36%。样品分析结果表明,云南破壁松花粉含有丰富的对人体有益微量元素,是一种营养价值较高的保健食品。
The Yunnan pine pollens were digested by microwave digestion. The nine life elements of P, K Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in the solution were determined by ICP - AES. The content of microelements in natural and broken Yunnan pine pollen was compared. The results showed that content of broken Yunnan pine pollen increased significantly except for Na. The recoveries were 94.8% - 105.4%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 2.36%. The experiment proved that broken Yunnan pine pollen contained rich useful trace elements, and is a kind of health - care food with high nutrition.
