真菌2572的抗白细胞介素6受体活性成分研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的从真菌2572的代谢产物中分离白细胞介素6受体(IL-6R)拮抗剂。方法利用多种色谱技术对活性部位进行分离纯化,并根据MS、NMR等光谱方法对化合物的结构进行了鉴定。结果从真菌2572代谢产物活性部位中得到两个化合物2572A和2572B。结论2572A已知为6-epi-5′-hydroxymycosporulone,有IL-6R拮抗活性,2572B为核黄素,活性较弱。 Objective To isolate IL-6R antagonists from the cultured broth of the fungus 2572. Methods The compounds were separated by multi-chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Two known compounds, 2572A and 2572B were purified from the fermented extracts. Conclusions 2572A and 2572B were identified to he 6-epi-5'-hydroxymycosporulone and riboflavin, respectively. And 2572A shows IL-6Ra activity whereas 2572A has weak activity.
