摘要
应用分光光度法研究罗红霉素与7,7,8,8-四氰基对二次甲基苯醌(TCNQ)之间的荷移反应。实验表明,罗红霉素与TCNQ间的反应在丙酮介质中进行,形成的络合物分别在743和844nm有两个吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数分别是1.57×10^4和2.93×10^4L/(mol·cm);药物浓度在0~55mg/L范围内服从比耳定律。用平衡移动法和等摩尔连续变化法测得荷移络合物中罗红霉素与配体的摩尔比为1:2。用所研究方法测定了药物中罗红霉素的含量,相对标准偏差为1.0%(n=6),回收率为97%以上,与药典方法比较结果准确。
The charge transfer interactions between roxithromycin and 7, 7, 8, 8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) were investigated by spectrophotometry. The apparent molar absorptivity of TCNQ complex was 1.57×104 L/(mol · cm) at 743nm, and 2.93×104 L/(mol ·cm) at 844 nm; the result obeyed Beer's law in the concentration range of 0-55 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of the method was 1.0% (n = 6). The composition of complex of roxithromycin with 7, 7, 8, 8-tetracyanoquinodimethane was 1 : 2. This proposed method was applied to the determination of roxithromycin in tablets with satisfactory results.
