摘要
目的研究产金属β-内酰胺酶(MBL)的铜绿假单胞菌感染的菌株同源性和耐药谱。方法用纸片协同法筛选出产MBL铜绿假单胞菌株;琼脂扩散法检测MBL阳性株对10种抗菌药物的药敏结果;用肠杆菌科基因间重复一致序列为引物的聚合酶链反应(ERIC-PCR)方法确定菌株之间的同源性。结果纸片协同法试验检测到18株MBL阳性菌株,它们对头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、替卡西林/克拉维酸、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和头孢他啶完全耐药,对10种抗菌药物呈现7种耐药模式;ERIC-PCR结果显示,18株MBL阳性株呈现4种基因型,15株为同一基因型。结论该院ICU内产MBL铜绿假单胞菌在2005年第二季度出现暴发流行。
Objective To study the homology and resistant pattern of metallo-13-1actomase (MBL) producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Method Disk diffusion test was used to screen MBL producing isolates from Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains, and antibiotic susceptibility were detected by KB test. The homology among different strains was tested by enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-PCR (ERIC-PCR) method. Results Eighteen strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa producing MBL were isolated from patients in ICU. Antibiotic susceptibility data showed that all 18 strains were resistant to cefotaxime,ceftriaxone, ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, cefoperazone/sulbactam and ceftazidime, and there were seven drug-resistant profiles according to the susceptibility results of 10 antimicrobial agents. Results of ERIC-PCR genotyping showed that there were four PCR patterns, and 15 strains were in the same pattern. Conclusions The MBL producing strains in Pseudomonas aeruginosa appeared an outbreak in ICU in 2005.
