摘要
从我国医疗卫生资源现状出发,阐述了医院开展服务营销的客观性和必要性,指出差别化营销对优化医疗服务质量,提高医院服务竞争力的现实意义。
Based on current status of national medical and health resource, this paper identified it is necessary to develop service business in the hospital, it points out that differential business strategy can optimizing medical service quality, and improving service competition.
