探讨了新型农村合作医疗(以下称新农合)制度实施后取得的成效及存在的问题,阐述了加强新农合制度的政策及立法建议,提出必须坚持科学发展观,积极探索,努力创新,扎扎实实做好新农合的试点工作。

This paper explored the achievements and problems in the new rural cooperative medical schemes. It also discussed the policies and legislative suggestions in order to strengthen the construction of NRCMSs. Authors considered that we should stick to the scientific viewpoint of development and actively explore and innovate to implement pilot study of the schemes.
