摘要
乙酰乙酸甲酯和1-溴己烷在醇钠作用下,乙酰乙酸甲酯烃化制备2-正己基乙酰乙酸甲酯。考察钠用量、原料摩尔比、反应时间等因素对产率的影响。最佳反应条件:钠、乙酰乙酸甲酯、1-溴己烷的摩尔比为0.94∶1∶0.75,反应时间4.5h,2-正己基乙酰乙酸甲酯的产率可达62.27%。进行了FT-IR检测分析。
Methyl-2-hexylace was synthesized from methyl acetate and 1-bromohexane in the presence of sodium ethanol as catalyst. The effects of amount of catalyst, mole ratio of raw material and reaction time on the yield were investigated. The most favorable reaction conditions were obtained and the yield of methyl-2-hexylacetoacetate which was characterized by FY-IR could reach 62.27%.
