恒牙早期青少年骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者的髁突形态特点及差异性 被引量:2

Condylar morphology with different vertical facial types of skeletal Ⅲ malocclusions in teenagers

摘要 目的比较恒牙早期骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者的髁突形态特点及差异,为骨性Ⅲ类青少年颅面部生长发育的研究和临床诊疗提供一定的参考依据。方法采用计算机辅助X线头影测量技术,对恒牙早期骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者的全口曲面断层片进行测量,比较各组间髁突形态特点。结果恒牙早期各组髁突形态测量值髁突上部高度h值有显著性差异(P<0.01),高角组<均角组<低角组(P<0.05);升支高度RH值无统计学差异(P>0.05);h/RH有显著性差异(P<0.01),高角组<均角组<低角组(P<0.05);H/W值,不同垂直骨面型组间有显著性差异(P<0.001),高角组>均角组>低角组(P<0.05)。结论恒牙早期骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者的髁突形态存在差异。 Objective To study the difference of condylar morphology with different vertical facial types of skeletal Ⅲ malocclusions in teenagers. Methods Panoramic radiographs of 60 children with different vertical facial types were retrospectively investigated by computerized cephalometric analysis. Condylar morphologies were compared among different vertical facial type groups. Results There was statistical difference in upper condylar height among groups, the height increased from the high angle group, average group to the low angle group. There was no significant difference in ramus height in the groups. There was statistical difference in the upper condylar height to the ramus height radio in different vertical facial type groups (P〈0. 01). The ratio increased from the high angle group, the average angle group to the low angle group. There was statistical difference in the condylar height to the condylar neck width ratio in the groups. The ratio decreased from the high angle group, the average angle group to the low-angle group. Conclusions Teenagers with skeletal Ⅲ malocclusions and different vertical facial types, there was statistical differences in condylar morphology, which might be due to different growth patterns of mandibular.
