摘要 目的研究Survivin蛋白在舌鳞癌中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫细胞化学法检测舌癌Tca-8113细胞株中Survivin蛋白的表达;应用免疫组织化学法检测Survivin蛋白在60例舌鳞癌组织中的表达情况。结果Survivin在舌癌Tca-8113细胞株中阳性表达,在舌鳞癌中阳性表达率为65.0%(39/60),其阳性表达在淋巴结转移特点、病理分化等方面差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Survivin基因与舌鳞癌的自然发展过程有关,可能成为舌癌新的诊断标志及基因治疗的靶点。 Objective To study the expression of Survivin protein in tongue carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of Survivin protein was detected in Tca- 8113 cell line and 61) cases of tongue carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results Survivin protein was positive in Tca- 8113, the positive rate of Survivin protein was 65.0% (39/60) in tongue carcinoma tissues and the positive rate was correlated with lymph node metastasis and histological grade (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Survivin gene is involved in the development of tongue carcinoma and probably become a new biomarker and target of gene therapy.
