摘要
目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析2003年10月-2006年10月收治的15例(16条肢体)下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者所实施的不同方式的动脉重建术。结果术后13条下肢疼痛消失,肢体溃疡愈合,2例疼痛减轻,1例截肢,无死亡病例。结论膝上动脉闭塞采用人工血管旁路移植术有较好的效果,膝下动脉闭塞应采用自体大隐静脉旁路移植。术中动脉造影对于实施评价吻合口及流出道情况有较高的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of arteriosclerotic obliterance in lower extremities. Methods From Oct 2003 to Oct 2006, 15patients （ 16 lower extremities） under- went different style bypass grafting. Results Pain was released in 13 lower extremities and eased in 2. Ulcers in lower extremities healed. Amputation was done in 1 lower extremity. No patient died. Conclusion Better effect can be obtained by artificial grafting in the trentment of above - knee arteriosclerotic obliterance, Grate Saphenous Vein - grafting in the under - knee arteriosclerotic obliterance. Intraoperative angiography has better value of clinical application for assessing of anastomosis and run - off.
