甲基强的松龙联合百令胶囊治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效观察

Methyprednisolon with Bailing Capsule in Treatment of Lupus Nephritis

目的观察甲基强的松龙联合百令胶囊对狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将42个患者随机分为治疗组(22例)和对照组(20例),分别予百令胶囊联合激素和仅予激素,治疗两月后观察治疗前后两组抗ds-DNAIgG、C3、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮。结果两组患者治疗后抗ds-DNAIgG、C3、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),但治疗后两组相比,又有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论甲基强的松龙联合百令胶囊对于狼疮性肾炎有明显疗效。

Objective To study Methyprednisolon with Bailing capsule on lupus nephropathitis. Methods 42 patients with lupus nephritis were divided into treatment group （22 patients） and control group （20 patients）. The former were treated with Methyprednisolon and Bailing capsule, the later were treated with hermone. Anti - dsDNA antibody, complemen C3 , 24 - hour proteinuria, serum creatin and bloodureanitrogen. Results Above five parametes both tow groups were observed improved before and after therapy （P 〈 0.01 ） . there were obviousel difference compairing those before treatmrnt with those after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Methyprednisolon with Bailing capsule on lupus nephropathitis is effective on lupus nephropathitis.
