摘要
提出了面向数字化预装配的分层干涉检测算法,该方法把干涉检测过程分为粗检测、半精检测、精确检测三层,通过逐层检测,大大加快了干涉检测的速度,提高了检测的精确度,有助于预装配中优化装配序列的快速生成。
A three--layer interference inspection algorithm oriented to DPA(digital pre--assembly) that included rough inspection, semi--precision inspection and precision inspection was put forward. The calculation speed and inspection accuracy are improved by utilizing three--layer inspection algorithm. The three--layer inspection algorithm makes for quick creation of the optimization assembly sequence.
