摘要
提出了产品配置设计中广义工程更改的概念,对广义工程更改需求进行了分析,由此映射出模块划分影响因素。采用二次聚合方法对产品进行了模块划分,根据零件之间的连接关系,划分出产品的子功能机构,然后根据广义工程更改需求,建立了机构之间的关联矩阵,采用截取矩阵对机构进行了模块聚合,通过判别矩阵对划分的模块进行验证与优化。最后用平头锁眼机的模块划分说明了该方法的有效性。
The problem of engineering change in product configuration design was discussed,and the concept of generalized engineering change was put forward. The requirements of generalized engineering change were analyzed, then, mapped the influence factors of module partition. Using the method of "two times aggregation" to partition the product,according to the joint relation of parts,a series of functional mechanisms were divided from the product firstly, and the associated matrix was found between mechanisms based on the requirements of generalized engineering change lastly. The module was aggregated by intercept matrix, then validated and optimized by estimate matrix. Finally, an example of straight buttonhole machine was provided to illustrate the availability of the proposed approach.
