摘要
借助威布尔分布理论分析了混粉电火花加工过程中微观形貌、添加粉末浓度分布对放电点变化的影响,在实验基础上观测了连续放电击穿点的相互联系;总结了混粉电火花连续放电加工中放电点位置变化的规律。结果表明:影响放电点位置变化的因素主要是粉末浓度、微观形貌和抬刀频率,而且连续放电点位置具有相关性。
The law of location change of discharging was studied experimentally in powder mixed EDM. Weibull distribution was developed from the basic theoretical model,effects of powder concentration,microcosmic profile of particle on discharge change was researched,and dependency of sueees sive discharging spot was analyzed. Results show the law of discharging location is determined by powder concentration, microcosmic profile and tool--lifting frequency;the positions correlate to each other to some extent.
